A 'Thank You' again to Dr. Perenich and staff. After being in a vehicle crash the summer of 2025, I was managing my spinal damage with chiropractic alone. It took me months to realize and accept that I needed more treatment. Dr. Perenich recommended RFA. The first injection silenced lumbar pain beyond what I knew I was dealing with. The relief brought tears to my eyes. I did not even know I had been 'toughing it out.' We proceeded with a course of multiple RFA treatments. It helped right away and continued to improve. Even now, many months later, I feel great and am enjoying my normal activities. Thank you, Dr. Perenich!

Apparently as of Feb 09, 2026 they no longer accept patients and no longer accept any form of insurance. As explained by the appointment coordinator, every single office is "over-booked" and I was told to reach out to a different provider after the coordinator asked me what insurance I have. I have United HealthCare Choice Plus PPO Gold standard through an employer. Any 5 star review is most likely from well off patients who most likely use insurance such as MDVIP which is thousands of dollars a year to hold this level of insurance. Selfish practice with selfish practices. I'm assuming if you are not Caucasian with a whole lot of retirement money to spend on orthopedic services, you are not welcome here. Even if you guys reached out to me not interested in the slightest. Have a terrible day.

Dr Penenich and staff did a fine job with me in diagnosing problems and relieving my back pain in Feb 2025. I called in Dec for another consultation and I was told they no longer accept my Medicare and Medicare supplement insurance. Pretty disappointed in this change!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr PErenich is very kind and explains everything in easy to understand terms. He treats his patients like family. He is an excellent Dr. and I would not go anywhere else.

I had a bad car accident and dr perenich and Ashley helped me out so much they care about their patients and have great bedside manors he performed surgery and did an amazing job. i know i will never be 100 percent but he fixed me to being back to at least 85% . i wish he was my first opinion but i went to him as a second opinion because i was not agreeing with the other place i went and i am so beyond blessed to find these two and go through surgery with them thank you guys so much and they even follow up with you reguarly
